Nicholas A. Gradisar

Mr. Gradisar was born in Pueblo, Colorado, August 1, 1949, admitted to Colorado and U.S. District Court, District of Colorado Bar l977, U.S. Court of Appeals Tenth Circuit l985; Bachelor of Science Southern Colorado State College(l97l), J.D with Honors, Drake University l976, Pueblo County Bar Association Outstanding Young Lawyer l986, Member of Staff, Drake Law Review, l975-1976, Clerkship for Judge Aurel Kelly, Colorado Court of Appeals, l977-1978, Pueblo County Public Trustee, l987 to 1999 and 2007- 2012.  Member of the Pueblo County (Member, Board of Directors l986-l987) Colorado and American Bar Associations; Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (Board of Directors 2000 to 2012); The American Association for Justice; Pueblo Young Lawyer’s Association (President, l982-1983).  Mr. Gradisar is an elected member of the Pueblo Board of Water Works and served as President of the Board for six years.  Mr. Gradisar currently serves as general counsel for the Pueblo City-County Library District and as a Special County Attorney for Pueblo County, Colorado.
